Q- How do I use my make up credits? A- We are working on those procedures and will send further instructions by early next week most likely. What we are doing right now is just scheduling for regular enrollments for the 2 weeks of May we are currently offering. Stay tuned to your email for an update on make ups.
Q- How can I have my 3 different children in different time slot of classes if we are only allowed 2 spectators on deck? A- Sibling swimmers or other children that need to accompany the parent to the pool are welcome. If swimmer's are at different times, they are welcome to wait on deck with the parent. If there happens to be a gap between the classes, the family will have to leave the pool area, but can return when it is time for the next class.
Q- Can I take a 1x a week class? A- Yes, just watch for the scheudle each month to be posted for those limited 1x a week openings. Note, the majority of our summer classes are a M-Th session each week.
Q- Can I sign up for both multiple weeks? A- Yes, absolutely and as we post future weeks, you can go ahead and secure your spot in as many weeks in advance as you want, but you have to sign up for the current level. Don't register for the next level until the instructor tells you that all of your skills have been checked off. With our "promote anytime" strategy we are implementing, the instructors will continue to work through mastery of your skills, that you can also monitor through your portal. Once all skills are achieved, if space permits, we will work with you to change your schedule to the next level even if it is mid-session.
Q- I can't find a class that works for me. A- Email us your request and we will be happy to see if we can add it to our schedule. This is especially important for those with multiple swimmers in different levels.
Q- When I took lessons it was Level 2, now I don't know what level I need. A- Check out our What Class Do I Need page for explanations of each class name. If you need further assistance identifying a level, please email us!
