Miss Maddie
When her family saw how much she loved playing in the water, they signed Miss Maddie up for swim lessons at The Swim Center when she was 6 years old! Not only did Miss Maddie complete all levels of swim classes offered, but she also continued to swim on a local swim team. She received her lifeguard certification in 2015 and works during the summer months making sure everyone stays safe in the water. Since graduating with an associate degree in exercise science in 2020, Miss Maddie has gone on to become the Aquatics Director at The Swim Center! Being an exercise fanatic, Miss Maddie does like to relax by reading or doing anything crafty.

Miss Desirae
Miss Desirae loves the water and enjoys working with swimmers of all ages. She learned to swim when she was 5 years old. Miss Desirae is a strong competitive swimmer. One of her favorite moments is winning the 200 Free for her high school team. In her spare time, Miss Desirae enjoys spending time with friends and youth group at church.

Miss Soleil
Miss Soleil describes herself as a lifelong learner with a passion for education. She has a bachelor's degree in IT from Kennesaw State University and loves teaching swim on the side. In her spare time, she enjoys watching shows like "Ozark", hitting the gym, hanging out with her friends, and experimenting in the kitchen. She started working at TSC in high school and has continued off and on ever since.

Miss Kennedy
Miss Kennedy started swimming with The Swim Center at the age of 5. During her junior high school years, she dedicated 2 years to competing on the swim team. She became a Swim Center Apprentice in 2022, which she enjoyed so much she decided to follow through with being an instructor. In her spare time, Kennedy, likes to listen to music and ride her bike. She also enjoys playing her flute and being part of the marching band.

Miss McKinley
Miss McKinley began her swimming journey when she was 4 and swam through all levels available. She is currently in high school, and loves being involved in the ROTC program where she has a leadership position and is the captain of two teams. She is also part of the Dual Enrollment program and healthcare pathway where she became CPR certified. Upon graduating high school, she plans to go to college to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and become a pediatric nurse.

Mr. Zion
Mr. Zion learned to swim with TSC as a child. He enjoyed his experience so much that he decided to pursue an instructor position with us. He is a proud Christian. In his free time, he runs track, travels with his family, and loves to listen to music. He one day aspires to own his own business or pursue mechanical engineering.

Mrs. Jenn
Mrs. Jenn is one of our swim moms! Her daughter had been taking lessons with us for a while when Mrs. Jenn reached out to us about becoming an instructor herself! She works full-time as a high school math teacher, but decided to pick up some extra hours teaching swim lessons because she loves teaching others. She loves to travel with her family and spend lots of time outdoors.

Miss Sydney
Miss Sydney is a college student majoring in criminal justice. She has been swimming since she was 3. She enjoyed an 8-year career on the swim team and then became a lifeguard. She now instructs at The Swim Center hoping to share her love of swimming with her students.

Mr. Jordan
Mr. Jordan grew up in upstate NY where his grandmother taught him how to swim at a very young age. He enjoyed swimming so much he made his high school team in New York. Mr. Jordan also enjoys basketball and coaches on the side. He is currently studying to become a nurse.

Miss Imani
Miss Imani loves being involved! Her hobbies include swim, cheer, dancing, singing, and acting. She plans to one day become a cosmetologist. Miss Imani learned how to swim at The Swim Center at 2 years old. She enjoyed her time so much that she decided to become an instructor. She enjoys teaching so much she taught her family members. She hopes her swim students will grow up to want to be an instructor just like her one day!

Mrs. Mary
Mrs. Mary started bringing her son to swim lessons in the summer of 2023. She enjoyed the Guppies class so much she decided to become an instructor. Mrs. Mary learned to swim in the rivers and waterfalls of her small hometown in Brazil. Water and nature are her favorite places to be! She loves to play piano, garden, draw, and sing. She strives to be a great influence and example to others, and to raise a family that shines the light of Christ to the world.

Miss Ellen
Miss Ellen is an honor student in high school. She enjoys playing soccer and flag football. She also enjoys going to the beach and spending time with animals. Miss Ellen learned to swim at The Swim Center when she was young. Miss Ellen has always loved swimming, so she became a lifeguard and then decided to come back to The Swim Center as an instructor to teach others!
