Welcome!  For 25 years we did not offer make up classes.  Only because of COVID, we are implementing a system now.  Note we often have over 200 absences a week for various reasons. The sooner we know of your absence, the better chance we have of having customers find a make up spot. Please only report an absence if you KNOW you will be absent.  Once we schedule someone else in your spot, we cannot give it back to you.  

 Known absence in advance- Log in to your portal up until midnight before the absence. Under the menu, choose absences & make ups to record your absence.  Be patient, we will have to go in and manually mark it as eligible for make up.

Day of absence- Email us about your absence ASAP, but it must be prior to your start time, info@theswimcenter.com.  Only absences with a doctors note will be eligible for make up.

To schedule a make up for any absences noted as eligible for make up, please log into your customer portal.  Go to the menu and choose make ups.  It will only show make up options for today or tomorrow only.  Remember there is a $5 administrative fee for any make ups scheduled.  Ensure that you are enrolling for the correct level.  Errors are still charged a $5 admin fee for incorrect submissions to be dropped, plus the $5 for the correct make up.
